In a bowl add corn, coriander powder, jeera powder, coriander, green chillies, boiled potato, paneer, and salt. Mix them well.
Make the mixture into small tikkis. Coat the tikkis with maida batter and breadcrumbs.
Shallow fry the tikkis in a pan.
Tikkis are ready to serve.
