Corn Paneer Kebab is a crispy snack or appetizer recipe. This mouthwatering finger food is made of sweet corn, cottage cheese, bread crumbs and spices. Try this easy Corn Cutlet recipe by Archana and serve it to your family and friends.

INGREDIENTS

    1 Cup Boiled and Crushed Corn
    1/4 Cup Grated Paneer
    Crushed Ginger and Garlic
    1Tsp Jeera Powder
    1 Tsp Dhaniya Powder
    Slurry Maida
    Bread Crumbs
    Oil

DIRECTIONS

In a bowl add corn, coriander powder, jeera powder, coriander, green chillies, boiled potato, paneer, and salt. Mix them well.
Make the mixture into small tikkis. Coat the tikkis with maida batter and breadcrumbs.
Shallow fry the tikkis in a pan.
Tikkis are ready to serve.
