INGREDIENTS

    Paneer Marination
    6-7 Pieces Of Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
    2 Tsp Of Chaat Masala
    ¼ Tsp Turmeric Powder
    1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
    1½ Cups Of Brown Rice Cooked
    1 Onion Sliced
    Oil
    Fresh Chopped Coriander
    Salt To Taste
    ½ Tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
    1 Clove Of Garlic Crushed
    ½ Tsp Of Jeers (Cumin) Seeds
    1 Green Chilli Slit In The Centre
    1½ Tsp Garam Masal
