Cottage Cheese Wrap
A quick and healthy wrap that you can whip up in less than 15 minutes!
1. Heat the 2 tsp of ghee on a griddle.
2. Add the chopped onions and saute until they turn light brown.
3. Add the chopped tomatoes, cottage cheese, and mix well.
4. Take the roti and place the paneer stuffing at the centre of the roti.
5. Add grated cheese for garnish and wrap the paneer roll tightly.
6. Cut the roll into smaller pieces and serve.
