Easy

Whether you have it fried or fresh, spinach is always good for your health. In this video, arina tells you how to make crackling spinach-a great appetizer and party snack!

INGREDIENTS

    1 big bunch of spinach, washed, cleaned, dried
    1tsp oil +oil for deep frying
    2 small cloves of garlic, finely chopped
    1tsp chilli flakes
    Salt to taste
    2tsp toasted sesame seeds
    1tsp sugar

DIRECTIONS

Finely slice the spinach into thin ribbons
Tip – Discard any stems
Heat oil in a pan
Deep fry the spinach, a handful at a time
Set aside on some paper to drain the oil
For the seasoning, heat a tsp of oil in a wok
Add the garlic
Once the garlic starts, sizzling add the spinach
Salt
Sugar
Chilli flakes
And toasted sesame seeds
Mix well
Serve!
