– Heat milk in a pan, add cinnamon and let it simmer with milk for 5 minutes.
– Remove the cinnamon stick and add cocoa powder and whisk it properly. Make sure the mixture is lumps free.
– Add in dark chocolate, brown sugar and vanilla essence. Give it a quick whisk.
– Lastly. add a touch of butter to your hot chocolate to increase it’s creaminess.
It’s ready to serve.
