Continue with your health goals for the new year with this fresh crisp green salad with maple and passion fruit vinaigrette. Dieting just got a whole lot easier!

INGREDIENTS

    Fennel
    Dill
    Cucumber
    Beet Microgreens
    Gherkin
    Salt
    Maple Vinegar
    Passion Fruit
    Green Chillies

DIRECTIONS

1. Start by washing and chopping all the ingredients.

2. Add them to a bowl along with salt, maple vinegar and olive oil. Toss well.

3. Add in passion fruit and green chilies to this and mix well.

4. Garnish and serve.
