In a bowl, add rice flour, refined flour, turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin seeds, butter, salt, asafoetida, curd and mix it all together.
Add water to the batter to form a dough-like consistency.
In a chakli maker, add the dough and make round chaklis out of them.
Fry the chaklis until golden brown.
Serve or store for later!
