Paneer 65 is a vegetarian version of popular chicken 65 and a great recipe to entertain a crowd at home. Paneer wrapped in exciting flavours to give you that irresistible taste. Go ahead and try this quick and easy recipe by Preetha.

INGREDIENTS

    2 tbsp Cornflour
    2 tbsp Maida
    Salt to taste
    1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
    1 tsp Garam masala powder
    ½ tsp Crushed black pepper
    2 tsp Crushed ginger
    2 tsp Crushed garlic
    1 tsp Crushed green chili
    2 sprigs Curry leaves
    2 tbsp Curd
    Water
    300 gm Paneer, cut into large pieces
    Oil for deep frying

DIRECTIONS

• In a bowl, combine all the ingredients (except paneer) with water to a smooth thick paste.
• Add paneer, coat and keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
• Heat oil and deep fry marinated paneer cubes till golden brown from all sides.
