2 cups cooked chickpeas, dried
2tsp olive oil
Salt to taste
2-3tsp Cajun spice mix
Add salt to the chickpeas
Some spice mix
And a little olive oil
Tip – Be gentle, or the chickpeas will get mashed
Put in an oven pre-heated to 200 degrees Celsius for 30 min or till they get crunchy
Tip – Grease your baking tray with oil before putting in the chickpeas
