Pack this yummy Rava/Sooji Chilla in your child’s tiffin. They’re sure to love it! It’s a healthy, protein-rich recipe and the ideal way to sneak some veggies into your child's meal. Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce adds a burst of tangy tomato flavour and gives the dish a vibrant colour.

INGREDIENTS

    Curd: 1 cup
    Semolina: ⅓ cup
    Chopped tomatoes: 2 tablespoons
    Chopped onion: 1 tablespoon
    Chopped green chillies: 1 teaspoon
    Grated carrot: 1 tablespoon
    Chopped coriander: 1 teaspoon
    Chopped green capsicum: 1 tablespoon
    Salt: 1 teaspoon
    Pepper: A pinch
    Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce: 1 tablespoon (15g)

DIRECTIONS

Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, except oil.
Keep the chilla mixture aside
Heat oil in a pan, pour in 2 tablespoons of mixture and spread it out
Cook the chilla evenly on both sides
Serve it in the tiffin box.
