Heat the oil in the kadai
Add onions
TIP: Make sure the flame is on medium so that the onions are browned well
Once the onions start to change colour slightly add the hing
Add jeera
Once the onions are brown
Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, haldi and garam masala
Stir well
TIP: Add a splash of water so that the masala won't burn
Once the masala is cooked add the tomato puree
Let the paste thicken
Add potatoes
TIP: One can use potato cubes instead of baby potatoes
Add drum sticks
Stir well
Add water and let it boil
Reduce the heat and simmer it with the lid on so that the potatoes are cooked
Add cauliflower
Add greenpeas
Add chickpea flower to thicken the gravy
Add the tamarind paste
Stir well
Add coriander leaves and stir well
Boil it for 2 minutes and serve
