    Salt to taste
1 tsp of haldi powder (turmeric powder)

    1 onion, minced
1 cup of cauliflower florets, boiled
¼ cup of green peas, boiled
    ½ cup of tomato puree
    8-10 baby potatoes
1 large drumstick, cut into big pieces
    1 tbsp of oil
    Water as required

Heat the oil in the kadai

Once the onions start to change colour slightly add the hing
Add jeera
Once the onions are brown
Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, haldi and garam masala

TIP: One can use potato cubes instead of baby potatoes
Add drum sticks
Stir well
Add water and let it boil
Reduce the heat and simmer it with the lid on so that the potatoes are cooked
