    Whole chicken
    Curd
    Cumin powder
    Ghee
    Turmeric
    Red chilli powder
    Mustard
    Ginger garlic paste
    Coriander powder

DIRECTIONS

In the final episode of Being Amrita season one, she tells us who gave her a break on television. When he came to her house for dinner she made him Dak Bangla Chicken. Find out who it was and the recipe of Dak Bangla Chicken.

Method:

1. Marinate the chicken with the curd, ginger garlic paste and all the spices.

2. Tie up the hands and legs of the chicken and put it on a baking tray.

3. Drizzle a little ghee on it and put it in the oven.

4. Roast well on both sides at a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius.
