Dalia Pulav
This is for all health freaks out there! If you thought Pulav cannot be healthy, have a look at this recipe. The dalia pulav by Megha is as much about taste as it is about health

- Warm ghee in a cooker, add the cumin seeds and garam masala
- Stir a bit
- Add the onions and garlic, cook until translucent
- Add the tomatoes, peas and carrot
- Stir well
- Add coriander, turmeric and chilli powder
- Mix well
- Saute the vegetables for about a minute
- TIP: Megha uses Jowar dalia in this recipe but you can use wheat, corn or any other kind you prefer
- Add the jowar dalia and salt to taste
- Cook in a pressure cooker for 2-3 minutes
- To add the "twist" to the jowar dalia, garnish with prawns and veggies of your choice
