Desi Breakfast: Indian Masala Omelette
An Indian version of the classic omelette, this one is packed with the goodness of veggies.
1. Heat some oil in a pan.
2. Fry the onions, tomato, green chillies and bell peppers.
3. Beat the eggs with the seasoning.
4. Once the veggies are fried, pour the egg batter and cook well.
5. Serve with warm, buttered bread.
