A cold winter evening calls for a healthy organic salad to munch on. Try making yours with organic tomatoes fresh from the farm.

INGREDIENTS

    Heirloom Tomato
    Cherry Tomato
    Purple Basil, You can use regular basil too
    Green tomato
    Green Chilli
    Salt
    Olive Oil
    Sweat Pea Flower, Optional

DIRECTIONS

1. Start by washing and chopping all the ingredients.

2. Chop qand toss everything together.

3. Add the dressing and mix well.

4. Serve.
