To the boiled potatoes add salt, carom seeds, chopped green chillies, dry mango powder, cumin seed powder, coriander powder, chopped ginger, coriander leaves, chopped onion and mix it all together.
With the prepared dough stuff the potato filling and add sesame seeds and roll it out
Cook it on both the sides
