Aloo Paratha is just the dish you are craving for. Made with dough, potato filling and masalas this authentic Punjabi recipe will surely get you drooling.

INGREDIENTS

    3-4 Boiled potatoes
    corriander leaves
    1 tsp green chillies
    1 tsp sesame seeds
    2 tsp Ghee
    wheat atta dough
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp chopped ginger
    1 tsp Ajwain
    1 tsp dry mango powder
    1 tsp corriander powder
    1 cumin seeds powder

DIRECTIONS

To the boiled potatoes add salt, carom seeds, chopped green chillies, dry mango powder, cumin seed powder, coriander powder, chopped ginger, coriander leaves, chopped onion and mix it all together.
With the prepared dough stuff the potato filling and add sesame seeds and roll it out
Cook it on both the sides
Aloo paratha is ready to serve.
