Have you loved eating all the Diwali sweets and snacks but been worried always about all the calories that come with it? Roopa shows you have to make Wheat flour chakli so that you can enjoy this Diwali without a lot of guilt!
1. In a large bowl, add in rice flour, all purpose flour, chilli, curd, sesame seeds, hing, cumin seed powder, ghee and salt.
2. Mix this well. Add in water to form the dough.
3. Put the dough in the chakli maker and make chaklis.
4. Deep fry the chakli till well done.
