INGREDIENTS
• 3 tbsp rice
• 1 tbsp urad dal (black gram)
• 1/2 tbsp meethi dana (fenugreek seeds)
DIRECTIONS
Grind dal, rice and methi into a fine paste
Pour it in a tight lid container and let it ferment for 10-12 hours
When done, it will be a smooth paste, doubled in quantity
