East Indian Bottle Masala
Make all your favourite East Indian dishes at home with this homemade masala!
1. Roast all the spices together. Make sure not to burn the spices.
2. Once roasted keep it out to cool after which put all the spices in a mixer and grind them into a powder.
3. Once the masala is ready place it in a bottle and make sure to keep it in a cool storage.
