Easter Special: Chocolate Eggs

Wondering where to get the perfect Easter eggs? How about making them yourself this year.

INGREDIENTS

    1 cup Chocolate
    1/2 cup Cream
    1/2 cup Digestive biscuits
    1/4th cup Jujubes
    Marshmallows
    Roasted assorted nuts

DIRECTIONS

1. In a large bowl, mix together crushed biscuits and nuts. Keep aside.

2. In a separate bowl, add in chocolate chips and fresh cream, melt and mix together.

3. Add the biscuit mix to this along with marshmallows, jelly, chopped nuts and combine.

4. Let the mix cool for a while.

5. Shape the mix into little eggs, decorate and serve.
