INGREDIENTS

    1 cup milk
    2 cups sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp vanilla essence

DIRECTIONS

1. Boil the milk with vanilla extract.

2. Crack an egg an add the milk. Mix and strain.

3. In a pan, make caramel.

4. Take the ramekin moulds and pour the mixture.

5. Bake for 25 mins.
