Easy Homemade Shrikhand
Have a celebration at home? Keep away from the store-bought shrikhand and celebrate with some homemade shrikhand instead.
1. Wrap the curd in a muslin cloth and hang it overnight to let the water drain out.
2. In a bowl, add the chakka and powdered sugar. Mix everything well so that there are no lumps.
3. Add cardamom powder and again mix well.
4. Garnish it with dry fruits and serve!
