This quinoa & coconut milk porridge is a super healthy breakfast recipe which is filled with the goodness & nutrients of quinoa, coconut milk & cinnamon.
1. Pour one cup of quinoa & some coconut milk in a sauce pan on medium heat
2. Add 1 and a half cup of water to the sauce pan
3. Add a pinch of salt, some cinnamon powder & sugar to the milk
4. Bring this mixture to a good boil
5. Simmer the milk for 12 minutes & your porridge is ready!
