Egg Pakora is one of those easy snack recipes that anyone can cook! Watch and learn how to make crispy and crunchy Egg Pakora / Anda Bhaji recipe at home from our chef Archana Arte.

INGREDIENTS

    1 Onion, chopped
    1/4th tsp Turmeric Powder
    1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Green Chilli crush
    Coriander Leaves
    2 tbsp Rice Flour
    1 Cup Gram Flour
    3 Eggs, boiled
    Salt to taste
    Water, as required
    Oil for deep frying

DIRECTIONS

– In a large bowl add chopped onion, turmeric powder, ginger garlic green chilli crush, coriander leaves, rice flour, gram flour, salt and boiled eggs.
– Then add water as required and mix well.
– Heat oil for deep frying.
– Make small portions of the batter and fry them.
– Serve hot.
