Egg Pulao With A Chinese Twist

Not in the mood to make a full course meal? Whip up this easy pulao with a tasty twist.

INGREDIENTS

    2 tbsp Oil
    1 tsp Ginger, chopped
    1 tsp Garlic, chopped
    2-3 Green chillies, chopped
    1/2 cup beans, chopped
    1/2 cup carrots, chopped
    3-4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
    1 tsp Vinegar
    Salt to taste
    1 cup rice, boiled or leftover rice
    1 tsp Soy Sauce
    1-2 tbsp Chings Schezwan Fried Rice Masala
    2 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped

DIRECTIONS

1. Add oil in a kadai and let it heat up.
2. Once the oil is heated add ginger, garlic & green chillies and saute it well.
3. Then add beans, and carrots and mix them well.
4. Add the eggs and mix well and then add the vinegar and mix again.
5. Add salt, rice, soy sauce and mix till all ingredients are well combined.
6. Then add Chings Schezwan Fried Rice Masala and mix again.
7. Add coriander leaves as garnish.
