Bored of your hakka and maggi noodles? Try these delicious noodles with an egg and tomato gravy.

INGREDIENTS

    2 tbsp OIl
    2 tbsp Garlic Ginger Paste
    5 tomatoes, pureed
    Salt, to taste
    1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
    1 tsp Cumin Powder
    2 tsp Sugar
    1-2 tsp Ching's Schezwan Chutney
    2-3 green chillies
    1/2 cup Noodles
    2-3 Eggs, boiled
    Few coriander leaves
    Few mint leaves

DIRECTIONS

1. Add oil to the pan and then add ginger garlic paste. Cook it well in the oil.
2. Next add tomato puree and stir it until its cooked.
3. Then add salt, red chili powder, cumin powder & sugar and stir in well.
4. Then add Ching’s Schezwan Chutney, mint leaves, green chillies, coriander leaves and Noodles.
5. Stir it well so that all ingredients are well combined.
6. Then add the eggs and stir slowly.
