Egg Tomato Noodles
Add some tomatoes and eggs to give your favourite Chinese dish a wacky twist.

1. In a heated pan, add oil, ginger garlic paste, tomato puree,salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, sugar, schezwan chutney and mix well.
2. Add mint leaves, green chillies, coriander, boiled noodles, boiled eggs.
3. Mix well, garnish and serve.
