1. In a pan make a caramel using sugar and little water. Transfer it into cake tin.
2. In a mixing bowl mix bread powder, custard and milk powder and mix well.
3. Pour custard mixture on caramel base cake tin.
4. Steam it for 30 to 35 min. Remove it and let it cool for same time.
5. Remove it on plate and you will get caramel glaze on top.
