1 cup icing sugar
250g cashew nuts powdered
½ tbsp almond essence
125ml condensed milk
Combine cashew nut powder, icing sugar and almond essence in a bowl.
Add 125ml condensed milk.
Knead the dough until smooth and combine with food colours if desired.
Divide the dough into three portions and roll them into interesting shapes.
