1. In a bowl, add in gram flour, salt, chilli flakes, mixed herbs, coriander and water. Mix this well and keep aside.
2. Slice the bread slices in half and sandwich boiled eggs, chilli flakes, mixed herbs and cheese between two half slices.
3. Coat the sandwiches in the gram flour batter and deep fry them.
4. Serve with chutney or sauce.
