Festive Delight: Til Gud Poli Recipe in Marathi
Til or sesame seeds are a common fixture in most Makar Sankranti recipes. They have a nutty flavour that enhances any dessert or recipe. These healthy and tasty polis have a stuffing of til, jaggery and coconut powder. Follow Archana's recipe in Marathi to prepare them for your family.
In a bowl add jaggery, til, grated dry coconut, peanut powder, khus khus, cardomom powder, salt and mix it together to form a dough.
Stuff the jaggery dough in the prepared maida dough and roll out chappati out of it.
In a pan, add ghee on top of the chappati and cook it.
