    1 cup jade pohe (beatened rice)
    1/2 cup grated jaggery
    1 cup grated fresh coconut
    1/2 tsp cardamom powder
    1 cup coconut water
    4 tbsp ghee

DIRECTIONS

Start your festive morning with a smile by making gur poha for breakfast.

Method:

1. Pour the coconut water in the flattened rice.

2. Add the grated coconut and jaggery and mix well.

3. Add the cardamom powder and melted ghee.
