How to Make Kochupata diye Chingri Bhapa by Ananya Banerjee

INGREDIENTS

    Ingredients:
    - 3-4 large colocasia leaves or kochupata.
    - 400 gms prawns.
    - 2 tbsp mustard paste.
    - 2 tbsp khaskhas or poppy seed paste.
    - 2 tbsp grated coconut.
    - 2-3 green chillies.
    - 3-4 tbsp mustard oil.
    - 1 tsp turmeric powder.
    - Salt.

DIRECTIONS

Method:

1. Finely shred or chiffonade the colocasia leaves

2. Heat 1 tsp mustard oil in a pan. Sauté the chopped leaves till

3. Mix the mustard paste, poppy seed paste, coconut , mustard
oil along with the prawns, mustard oil, salt and green chilies
very well. Mix in the sautéed Kochupata.

4. Wrap in a cling film and microwave for 4 mins or steam in a
steamer for 10.
