Floor your guests with these fish fingers as an appetizer.

INGREDIENTS

    1 big size Pomfret, deboned
    2 big boiled potatoes
    Coriander leaves
    Bread Crumbs
    Spring Onions
    Ginger, Garlic & Chili Paste
    Egg
    Salt
    Black pepper powder
    Chopped Onions
    Oil

DIRECTIONS

Mash the potatoes well.
Add all the ingredients and mix well.
Shape them as desired and roll on bread crumbs and egg wash.
Deep fry the fish fingers and serve hot.
