Five simple ingredients are all you need to make a delicious mayo spread that also comes with a dash of health thrown in. Follow Rithika as she guides you through this recipe!

INGREDIENTS

    ½ cup oil
    1/4th cup soya milk
    1/4th tsp salt
    1/8th tsp mustard powder
    ½ tsp lime juice

DIRECTIONS

  •  In a small blender, add the soya milk
  • Add the oil
  • Add salt
  • Add the mustard powder
  • Blend the ingredients together
  • Once the ingredients are nicely blended, add the lime juice
  • Blend again
  • The mayo is ready to serve
