Food With A Twist: Cabbage & Tomato Paratha
Keep aside the plain & aloo parathas and try this intresting cabbage and tomato paratha instead.
1. In a bowl Mix chopped Cabbage, tomato, coriander leave, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, gram flour, salt and water.
2. Let the consistency be thick enough to make pancakes.
3. Cover the pan with some oil after the oil heats put the batter on the pan in the shape of small pancakes and when they are golden brown serve them hot.
