Winter is incomplete without that proverbial bowl of gajar ka halwa!

1. Put the carrots in a big pan.
2. Add the milk and cook.
3. Once the milk is absorbed, add sugar and cardamom powder.
4. Add the ghee and cook for 15-20 mins.
5. Turn the stove off. Add dry fruits and serve.
