A traditional sweet dish is given a modern twist for the Elephant God!
1. Fry the carrots in ghee.
2. Add sugar and cream. Cook well for 10-15 mins.
3. Sprinkle some cardamon powder and whole cardamom powder. Leave it to simmer.
4. Heat oil in another pan. Fry the wonton sheets.
5. Sprinkle some honey and toasted sesame seeds.
6. Serve the gajar halwa.
