Add 2 tbsp ghee to a hot pan, to fry the vermicelli.
Add the vermicelli to the pan once the ghee has melted.
Once the vermicelli is golden brown, turn the gas off.
To make the sugar water keep the flame high and add sugar to the pan then,
add water tell the sugar is soaked and let the sugar melt.
Once there is a thin string after the last drop on your spatula you know the sugar water is ready.
Add 3-4 drops of rose water.
Add the sugar water to the vermicelli and mix it.
Cool it and garnish it with almonds and pistachio.
Your Sweet Sevayyian is ready to serve.
