Make hot phulkas with the help of Archana's step-by-step guide.

INGREDIENTS

    3/4 cup wheat flour
    3-4 tsp of oil
    1 cup water
    Salt to taste
    Ghee while serving

DIRECTIONS

1. Knead the dough and let it rest for a few minutes.

2. Make small roundels and roll them into rotis.

3. Fry the rotis on a hot tawa.

4. With tongs, put the roti on the flame and allow it to puff up.

5. Serve hot with ghee if you wish.
