Sudden party plans happening and wondering what to serve guests? Worry not! for Rithika shares with you her recipe for garlic bread. Easy to make, delicious and healthy, party food could not have been simpler!

INGREDIENTS

    4-5 cloves of garlic cleaned and minced
    1/2 tsp dried oregano
    Salt
    Coriander (optional)
    Chilli flakes (optional)
    1/2 cup oil
    A few slices of bread, cut in half

DIRECTIONS

  • To the oil, add minced garlic
  • Add oregano
  • Add salt as per taste
  • Add little coriander
  • Add few chilli flakes
  • Stir all the ingredients together
  • Once the ingredients are mixed, apply it on the slices of bread
  •  TIP: You can use baguettes to make garlic bread as well
  •  Put the bread into a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes
  •  Can also be served with vegan mayonnaise
