Easy

Cluster beans don't have an interesting sound or taste. However, Archana has used a secret ingredient to ensure that this vegetable becomes a household demand. Stay tuned and watch carefully, as to what makes this vegetable a tad bit different from the rest!

INGREDIENTS

    200g gavar (cluster beans) chopped
    2 onions finely chopped
    1 potato finely chopped
    3-4 tbsp grated wet coconut
    1 tbsp jaggery
    Salt
    1/2 tsp haldi (turmeric powder)
    1 tsp mix masala
    Water
    2 tbsp oil

DIRECTIONS

Heat 2 tbsp oil
Once the oil is hot, add 2 finely chopped onions
Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Add 1 tbsp jaggery
Add 1 tsp mix masala
Add salt as per taste
Add 11/2 tbsp wet grated coconut
Mix well
Add finely chopped potatoes
Add cluster beans
Mix well
Add water
Mix well
Cover with a lid and pour some water on it
Allow the vegetable to cook under the steam
TIP: For a tangy flavour add tomatoes when cooking this vegetable
Ready to serve
