No one can resist a warm cup of tea on a cold rainy evening. Our Lemongrass & Ginger Tea recipe is the perfect herbal refreshment to brighten those dull evenings with an infusion of fragrant lemongrass and the spice of ginger. INGREDIENTS

    1 cup water
    1 tsp grated ginger
    1 ½ - 2 tsp chopped lemongrass
    1 tsp tea leaves (DARJEELING TEA)
    Sugar as required
    ½ cup Milk

DIRECTIONS

– Heat water and add ginger and lemongrass. Once it comes to a boil, add tea and allow to boil for 2 minutes.
– Add milk and sugar and simmer for 2 minutes.
– Strain and pour tea.
