A refreshing ginger mint shikanji is all you need to cool down this summer season.

INGREDIENTS

    Ginger Slice
    Mint Leaves
    Sea Salt
    Cumin Powder
    Sugar Syrup
    Lime Juice
    Ice Cubes
    Water

DIRECTIONS

1. Put ginger slices and mint leaves in a glass.

2. Pound it in the glass itself and sprinkle sea salt, cumin powder and sugar syrup.

3. Pour lime juice and drop in ice cubes.

4. Add water and shake it well.

5. Pour it in another glass and top it with lime slice and serve it chilled.
