Gooey Chocolate Chip Cookies

INGREDIENTS

    175 gm soft brown sugar
    120 gm soft butter
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp vanilla essence
    200 gms flour
    Pinch of salt
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    120-200 gms chopped chocolate

DIRECTIONS

These gooey chocolate chip cookies are a guaranteed hit at your next kiddie party!

Method:

1. Mix the brown sugar and butter. Add the butter and mix again.

2. Add the flour at this stage. Put the vanilla essence, baking soda and a pinch of salt.

3. Add the chopped chocolate and fold the cookie dough.

4. Make small balls and line them on parchment paper.

5. Bake six at a time at 180 degree Celsius for exactly 10 minutes.
