1. Take 2 slices of multigrain bread.
2. Spread some butter over them on one side.
3. On the other side put some grated gruyere cheese, mozzarella cheese and brie cheese slices.
4. Sprinkle some chilli flakes, oregano and pepper from above.
5. Preheat the pan and place the sandwich on it and toast it for 2 Mins on each side until it's done.
