Most of us are at work now and for sure we are craving a healthy snack right? Well, Chef Pranav Joshi understands your problem, so today he is going to help you plan your tasty snack for tomorrow. This tasty grilled vegetable sandwich is not only bound to fill your stomach but your hearts too.
1. Wash peal and slice the veggies.
2. Now heat a pan and add some olive oil to it.
3. Lightly sautee your vegetables minus the letuce, and add some seasoning as well as some hot sauce to it.
4. Add some butter to your bread and toast it lightly on a pan.
5. Now assemble your sandwich starting with the chopped letuce.
6. Finish by adding a slice of cheese.
