In a bowl add in whole wheat flour, besan, turmeric powder, red chili powder, carom seeds, sesame seeds, grated ginger, ghee, salt and mix it all together.
In the same mixture add in chopped methi leaves, curd, water and mix it all together.
Add water according to the consistency to form a dough.
Make small round shaped dough and roll it out in to a chapathi.
Cook it on both the side
Methi thepla is ready to serve.
