1. Put Ghee in a pan and add dry fruits.
2. As soon as the ghee is hot add sugar and semolina in the pan.
3. Wait for the mixture to get brown and then take it off the flame.
4. Make small balls from all-purpose flour dough and then roll them up.
5. Add the mixture and then pack the pastry in the motion shown in the video.
